Any commercial warranty applies according to the information supplied with the specific product or order, including its duration and provider. Eligible manufacturing or functional defects are normally covered under those terms. We do not offer a general lifetime warranty.

What is normally excluded

Commercial warranty exclusions normally include accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, scratches, normal wear, strap wear, battery replacement, cosmetic deterioration and incorrect handling. Water damage beyond the stated water-resistance rating is normally excluded.

An exclusion does not remove statutory rights for a defect that existed at delivery or other protection required by applicable law.

Contact support before sending an item. Have your order number ready; we may request photographs, video and a description of the issue to assess the next step. We will provide official instructions for any approved return or repair, including applicable costs.

Commercial cover and legal rights

A commercial warranty is separate from your mandatory legal guarantees. Your rights against the seller remain available even when no additional commercial warranty is offered.
